Amber Crockett BSN, RN-BC is a lead instructor in the Associate of Science Nursing Program. She graduated from the LPN program at OTC in 2017, and went on to complete the OTC ASN program in 2018. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Western Governor’s University in 2021. She was a clinical adjunct for OTC prior to accepting a full-time instructor position in 2023.
She specializes in Medical-Surgical Adult patients, and obtained her Medical-Surgical Board Certification from ANCC in 2020. Her nursing career started at CoxHealth working on a Medical-Surgical floor before transitioning to Medical ICU. During her course at Coxhealth she participated in the Clinical STAR ladder and was the recipient of a Daisy Award for her work in the Covid ICU in 2022.
