The Philosophy Department at OTC aims to enable students in all disciplines with the analytical skills necessary for intellectual development, cultural literacy, and civic responsibility. We seek to achieve that aim by offering course content that informs our students about influential philosophical theories, equips our students to engage in critical evaluation of those theories, and guides our students through the process of communicating complex ideas.
