A required course of the curriculum for Culinary & Hospitality of Ozarks Technical Community College. This student operated training restaurant is an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in a real-world environment.   

operation of the restaurant varies based on student enrollment to meet staffing needs in the Spring and/or Fall semester each academic year.   

Our restaurant is located on the main campus of Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, Mo on the first floor of the Information Commons West – Room 108.
