A required course of the curriculum for Culinary & Hospitality of Ozarks Technical Community College, this student-operated training restaurant is an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in a real-world environment.
Operation of the restaurant varies based on student enrollment to meet staffing needs in the Spring and/or Fall semester each academic year.
Our restaurant is located on the main campus of Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, MO on the first floor of the Information Commons West – Room 108.

When requesting reservations, please include the following information: date and time requested, number of guests and contact phone number. Reservations are preferred as capacity can be limited.
