The Speech Communication Center helps OTC students write and deliver oral presentations. We offer a friendly, stress-free environment where students can develop their public speaking and communication skills. We’ll help you choose a topic, research it, organize your content, and rehearse what you’ve written. We also offer video recording services, so students can record their presentations and review them.

The center is located within the OTC Writing Center, approximately 40 yards east of the OTC Student Account Services Office. Come visit us, and we’ll help you plan and rehearse any speech or group presentation! Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly encourage making an appointment.
