About the Speech Communication Center
A friendly, stress free environment where communication changes everything.
The Speech Communication Center staff dedicates itself to providing free student support through quality tutoring and mentoring in the areas of public speaking and communication. We help students prepare and rehearse for any speech or group presentation.
The Speech Center offers the following services:

- Video Recording
The center is located within the OTC Writing Center, approximately 40 yards east of the OTC Student Account Services Office.
Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly encourage appointments.
