Circulation privileges apply to Ozarks Technical Community College students, staff, faculty, and registered community patrons within the OTC tax district. Individuals enrolled in classes at the Workforce Development Center are not officially OTC students and therefore may be able to borrow materials as a registered community patron if they live within the OTC tax district.

Overdue Materials
The Library does not charge fines for overdue materials. However, those who use the resources are ultimately responsible for their care and return. If a delay in returning materials is unavoidable, you should notify the Library on or before the due date. Ozarks Tech will deny the release of registration until all materials are returned or payment has been made to the Library for replacement and processing costs. These costs may exceed the cover price of the lost items.
Community Users
The Library exists to serve the informational needs of students enrolled at Ozarks Technical Community College. While OTC also welcomes members of the community, they should be aware that some services which are available to students may not be available to non-students. The Library does not levy fines for overdue materials; however, all users are responsible for returning any borrowed items in good condition and in a timely manner. The fees for replacing damaged or unreturned materials include processing costs and always exceed the cover price of the materials. All of the above is subject to change.
