About OTC Institutional Effectiveness
The primary mission of the Office of OTC Institutional Effectiveness is to provide services that support faculty, administrators and program personnel to ensure program and institutional quality through international, national and regional accreditations.
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness arranges employee development opportunities for the college community to ensure that quality faculty and staff are supporting the college and its mission.
The goals of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness include:
- Acquiring and maintaining appropriate accreditation for all eligible programs
- Promoting internal quality through the Program Review process
- Coordinating employee development opportunities for the college’s full-time faculty and staff
- Supporting the efforts of the Office of Academic Affairs and the Office of Academic Services
