Program Outcomes

The Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts is a 65-hour credit program and the Associate of Applied Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management is a 66-hour credit program. Full-time students are expected to complete each program in 24 months. Based on this criteria the following chart reflect our 5-year Graduation Rates Over time.

The increase over the last 5 years reflects a change in scheduling structure; which utilizes 8-week block classes to increase number of credit hours completed each semester.  A format that has been highly received by our students and instructors in not only completing the program faster, but also enhances learning.
