Darrin Earhart is an experienced business leader and educator with a passion for helping local manufacturers upskill their employees to meet the challenges of a competitive marketplace and workforce.
Darrin has 35 years of experience in engineering, product development, quality and general management in industries ranging from aerospace to consumer products, and recreational marine and powersports. For the past 6 years Darrin was employed in secondary education and is a DESE certified educator, now retired. Darrin and his wife are also successful small business owners.
Darrin’s unique combination of engineering, quality, general management, and education gives him the ability to build custom training in the areas of quality, continuous improvement, design thinking, and project management.
Darrin holds a B.S.M.E. from the University of Kansas and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA with a focus on technology management and strategic planning.
