Alex Cobb’s career in organizational leadership and education spans four decades—making him uniquely qualified to offer training and executive assistance across a wide range of topics. He is available to share his depth and breadth of experience in areas including Human Resources, Customer Service, Communication and Presentations, and Organizational Leadership.
Alex is laser-focused on ensuring participants walk away with more than just a momentary inspiration for change. He weaves his use of humor and motivational positivity in a way that leaves participants with direct applications they can take back and implement in their organization and their personal lives.
Alex currently serves as Chief Officer of a nonprofit organization based in Springfield and teaches in both the undergraduate and graduate schools at Drury University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Philosophy/Religion from Truman State University, a master’s degree in Divinity from Trinity International University, a master’s degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, and a Doctor of Ministry, with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership, from Trinity International University.
Additionally, Alex is an HRCI certified PhR (Human Resources) and has completed a 40-hour training program in Civil and Legal Mediation.
