Dr. McGrady’s career in higher education spans more than two decades. She served in academic and administrative roles at Missouri State University, then joined OTC in 2001 as a communication instructor. During her tenure at OTC, she has also served as director of grants development, assistant to the vice chancellor for advancement, student affairs, and workforce development, and most recently as dean of academic and student affairs at the OTC Richwood Valley campus. Dr. McGrady is also an adjunct professor for Lindenwood University.
Helping students reach their academic goals is Dr. McGrady’s highest priority. She believes that education is transformative and is committed to supporting high-quality instruction that leads to personal and professional growth for OTC’s students. Dr. McGrady is dedicated to OTC’s mission of providing accessible and affordable educational opportunities and believes in meeting students where they are to help them achieve their goals.
Dr. McGrady holds a doctorate in Instructional Leadership – Higher Education Administration from Lindenwood University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Communication from Missouri State University.
