OTC strives to make your studies as streamlined and distraction-free as possible, so you can focus on achieving your goals. The Academic Affairs Department ensures students have a positive higher education experience by managing curriculum, departments, and support resources such as the library and the academic calendar.
We oversee the college’s three academic divisions: Arts, Science and Business, Technical Education and Health Sciences. We work closely with faculty members and department leaders to ensure that each program meets the college’s high learning and personal growth standards. We also maintain the academic catalog, course list, outreach programs and more.
The Department supports faculty and staff with resources, including the Faculty Handbook, course policy templates and training modules. We also govern the Academic and Course Grade Appeal Process.
OTC offers programs on-campus, online and in hybrid formats. Non-traditional students should explore our Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) program, which helps students who have been out of school for an extended period of time refresh their academic skills. Find the program that fits your goals by browsing the catalog and department pages.
