Occupational Therapy Assistant Admission Information – Application Deadline: April 15 (Program begins in the fall)
OTC cannot guarantee that students classified under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will receive approval to take the licensure exam after program completion. Please contact the state or national agency that administers the professional licensure exam to inquire about licensure exam requirements.
The OTC offers its OTA program in a hybrid format which gives students more flexibility.

Reference Form
Print three forms and distribute them to individuals who are able to comment on your academic potential, work performance or potential to function in a health care field. ALL REFERENCES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE APPLICATION DEADLINE.
Immunization Requirements
Students will be requested at the time of acceptance to submit documentation for required immunizations, TB testing and current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers CPR.
