James Faucher
Assistant Director of OTC Middle College
James Faucher has been in education and helping serve students and families for 15 years. He started as an Instructional Support Aid for Springfield Public Schools during his first two school years. After those initial years, James worked at Glendale High School as a Special Education teacher for eleven years in which he taught a wide variety of students and needs. Concluding his time in the classroom, James worked as the Coordinator of Site Intervention for the past two years mentoring and helping students graduate. In 2023, he began work as the Middle College Assistant Director for OTC, allowing him to continue his passion for student learning and success.
