Elizabeth Troutman has been in the education profession for 15 years. She began as a middle school English teacher in Aurora, MO before obtaining her MSED in Reading which allowed her to move to Pipkin Middle School as a reading specialist. During her tenure at Pipkin, Mrs. Troutman taught English and mathematics while obtaining an MSED in Instructional Technology. She ended her Pipkin service with three years as an Instructional Coach and the MYP Coordinator of the International Baccalaureate program. Compelled to get back into the classroom to be a part of the intricacies of student success, she began her career at OTC Middle College teaching English, Personal Finance, Art, and Computers in 2021.
