Shekinah Heil has an associate degree in culinary arts along with hospitality management from OTC.  She has been in the food service industry for 17 years with a wide range of service types including catering, cafeteria, fast food, and diner. Shekinah’s favorite part of the job is being able make all these little kids smile with their favorite yummy foods.
