Nicole Johnson has 8 years of experience teaching in an early childhood classroom. Prior to her employment in a classroom, she worked as a private nanny for two children ages 0 to 3 years. Nicole states that it is wonderful to build relationships with families because it is so foundational to the work, we do in early childhood education. She believes magic happens in the beautiful messy dance of guiding children while giving them the opportunity to gain independence through play and problem solving within a classroom team.
