For more than a decade, Ronda Buckner has poured into the lives of young learners and their educators. After deciding to pursue a teaching degree, she worked as a paraprofessional and administrative assistant before eventually becoming a teacher. She joined the early childhood department as an adjunct instructor in 2012. Currently, she serves as a full-time instructor for the department, teaching a diverse group of students in Curriculum in Early Childhood, Child Abuse & Neglect, Math and Science in Early Childhood, Introduction to Early Childhood and practicum courses.
