Any student whose first language is not English, must document their English language proficiency by completing a TOEFL test.  Review the Application Checklist below for additional information.

Reference Form
Print three references and distribute them to individuals who are able to comment on your academic potential, work performance or potential to function in a health care field.  ALL REFERENCES  MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE APPLICATION DEADLINE.

Immunization Requirements
Students will be requested at the time of acceptance to submit documentation for required immunizations, TB testing and current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers CPR.

Respiratory Therapy Technical Standards

These Technical Standards are not admission requirements but, are considered minimally acceptable skills and abilities for job placement in the field of respiratory therapy.

OTC cannot guarantee that students classified under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will receive approval to take the licensure exam after program completion. Please contact the state or national agency that administers the professional licensure exam to inquire about licensure exam requirements.
