HESI Entrance Exam Sign Up/Information Testing Dates for April 15 deadline (August start). (If you are a paramedic, you do not need to sign up for the HESI Admission Test as you will take this test at the end of your ASN 205 course.) Please review the available slots for testing on the Sign-Up Genius and click on the button to sign up. Once you have signed up, you will receive an email with further instructions regarding paying for the test, study resources and the Microsoft Teams link to join on testing day. YOU MUST BE SIGNED UP AND YOUR TEST MUST BE PAID FOR BY THE THURSDAY BEFORE YOUR TESTING DATE.  Your name will be removed from the sign up otherwise.

If you need to change your testing date for another, please delete yourself from the date you do not wish to test.  You will then need to send an email to friezek@otc.edu to get the Teams link for the new testing date you have selected.  If you decide not to test, please delete your sign up so slots are available for others who still need to test.
