Gary Shisler began teaching at OTC in 2016, but his experience is more than three decades in the making. He worked for 27 years at MoDOT in various technician roles such as service attendance, mechanic helper, field mechanic and more. For his past 10 years, he worked as a supervisor, managing equipment technicians, going on to spend one year with the City of Springfield as a technician supervisor managing the Service Center. Currently, he teaches Steering and Suspension and Brakes.
