Tony Phillips worked as a field technician for MODOT for 17 years, working to repair all types of equipment, including heavy duty trucks and cars. He joined OTC’s Automotive Transportation department in 2014 as an automotive instructor, working with students as they learn both fundamentals and complexities of automotive repair. Currently, he teaches Basic Engines, Engine Performance I and Engine Performance II.
