Gabe McLaughlin is an OTC Transportation department success story. While a student at OTC, he participated in the AYES program, which got him a job at a local car dealership. He became an automotive technician and worked at the dealership for five years. Later, he worked as an equipment technician for the City of Springfield.
He got his Bachelor of Science in education from Missouri State University and began teaching transportation classes at OTC in January 2014. He taught courses on engine repair and performance. Today, he still teaches automotive classes at OTC, sharing his passion for automotive repair with his students.
