What is Scantron Testing?

Scantron provides testing and training design, development and delivery services. These services extend to certification and licensure organizations, corporations, educational institutions, government agencies and trade and professional associations.

Scantron Testing Hours and Location

OTC administer’s Scantron exams on the Springfield Campus in the Testing Services office. Our location is in the Information Commons East (ICE) 123A.

Scantron exams require a pre-registration process which takes place via web through https://www.scantronassessment.com/WOCNCB/public/Welcome.aspx?AppSystemID=4. Once you register, pay and select a date and time, you will receive a confirmation email from candidatesupport@scantron.com. Please bring this registration ticket with you on exam day along with the proper photo identification.

The Testing Services office at Ozarks Technical Community College conducts Scantron testing Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. being the time you need to finish the exam). You must pre-register for this exam; it is not conducted on a walk-in basis.

Registering & Scheduling an Exam with Scantron

Candidates are directed to schedule appointments through the Scantron website (https://www.scantronassessment.com/WOCNCB/public/Welcome.aspx?AppSystemID=4). If a candidate calls the Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) testing center to register/schedule we will refer them to one of the resources below.

Scantron candidates can register and schedule by:

1. Visiting the Scantron website, https://www.scantron.com/
2. By calling the Scantron Call Center. Candidates can phone the call center at 1-800-722-6876 (toll free) Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. eastern standard time.
*Students must pay all fees through Scantron at time of registration.

Bring with you on exam day:
1. A valid ID
One primary ID: Passport, valid driver’s license, state/province ID, military issued id.
*We do not accept expired identification.
