Radiography Program Admission Information
Any student whose first language is not English, must document their English language proficiency by completing a TOEFL test. This requires a minimum TOEFL iBT passing score of 81, with a minimum speaking score of 24. *Program will waive TOEFL requirement if student has already obtained a bachelor’s degree from a US regionally accredited University*

OTC cannot guarantee that students classified under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will receive approval to take the certification exam after program completion. Please contact the state or national agency that administers the professional licensure exam to inquire about certification exam requirements.
The Radiography program is a selective, admission-based program. Students must complete pre-admission requirements and the below application criteria before they will be considered for admittance to the program. - Application Checklist TO APPLY, READ FIRST – This checklist will assist you in keeping track of the necessary items that must be completed for the online application process.
- Radiography Job Shadowing Form
A minimum of four hours of job shadowing must be completed prior to applying for the program. The job shadowing form will be submitted along with the student’s application. - Candidate Selection Form
Selection into the program is based on a point system. Therefore, this form will allow you to track your accumulated points. - Immunization Requirements
Students will be requested at the time of acceptance to submit documentation for required immunizations and TB testing. - Criminal Background Check
