Install and maintain mechanical, electrical, and computer control systems in OTC’s Mechatronics Program. The program’s mission is to train students in basic and advanced concepts to prepare them for work in the field. Professionals in this field are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in an industrial setting. This program helps people already employed in the field enhance their skills and provides new students with the entry-level skills they need to gain employment.

We strive to provide high-quality, occupationally-oriented courses with an emphasis on job placement before or after graduation. Our experienced instructors believe in learning by doing; students hone their skills through practice in state-of-the-laboratories. The Mechatronics Certificate and Mechatronics Specialist Certificate programs offer accelerated paths to graduation while still covering foundational topics. The A.A.S. degree builds upon the certificate courses to include a collaborative capstone project and general education courses to better prepare graduates for career advancement.
