MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY

Assemble your own course of study by joining the OTC Manufacturing Technology Program. The program’s mission is to allow a flexibility in providing program content specific to a particular employer or industry. Students are allowed to select technical education courses from multiple disciplines to more accurately match the particular skill sets required by their employer or industry. As part of this unique program, you’ll choose electives from Industrial Systems Technology (IST), Drafting and Design Technology (DDT), Precision Machining Technology (PMT), Welding (WLD) to make up the bulk of your coursework. Students should consult with their employer and/or advisor to determine the best combination of courses for their career goals. We offer an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) and a Certificate of Achievement in Manufacturing Technology. The A.A.S. degree provides students with well-rounded coursework while the certificate program is for students seeking a faster path to graduation.
