Design your future by joining the OTC Drafting and Design Technology program. The program’s mission is to provide students with the most current and information and learning experiences possible. Our students are trained to use cutting edge technology and techniques, so they are prepared for entry-level work upon graduation. As communities grow, so does the drafting industry. All new products and buildings require drawings and specifications to manufacture, build and assemble, so your career possibilities are endless. Students will develop important skills as they use computer aided drafting systems to complete projects. Courses include Fundamentals of Drafting, Commercial Architectural Drafting, Production Design Drafting and more. We offer an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) and a Certificate of Achievement in Drafting and Design Technology. The A.A.S. degree provides students with well-rounded coursework while the certificate program is for students seeking a faster path to graduation.
