Danelle Maxwell has always had a passion for agriculture. As a child, she was raised on a beef cattle farm, raising beef cattle, horses, forage and garden crops. She was an active member in both Future Farmers of America and 4-H. Surrounded by agriculture throughout her childhood, she knew from a young age that she wanted to work in agriculture.
As a young adult, she worked at a florist and greenhouse business. She began to share her lifelong experiences in agriculture as an instructor at Rolla Technical Institute. She joined OTC as an agriculture instructor in 2004. Currently, she serves as both an agriculture instructor and the manufacturing department chair — a title she received in 2009.
