Chad began his professional career in the Manufacturing industry in 2005. He started his first entry level position while attending OTC full time to complete my Associates in Machine Tool Technology.
In his first 2 years in industry, he worked his way from an entry level machinist with Diversified Plastics in Nixa, MO to a shift supervisor and CNC programming position. After that he spent 5+ years as a CNC programmer/Operator at Detroit Tool & Engineering in Lebanon, MO where he was exposed to a wide range of manufacturing scale and process’. Finally, he spent the past 7 years working as a Manufacturing Engineer with CNH Industrial Reman, in Springfield, implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve safety, quality and productivity.
