Kelsey Brabo entered into the field of education in 2011 as an elementary physical education teacher at Westport Elementary, in Springfield Public Schools, where she spent six years before transitioning into administration. She spent one year as the Coordinator of Instructional Support and Intervention for the district before becoming the Director of Choice Programs. She spent five years as the Director of Choice Programs where she was the principal of the district’s magnet schools and opened new choice programming, including the Academy of Fine and Performing Arts and the AgAcademy. Starting her journey at Ozarks Tech as the Assistant Director of the Career Center, Kelsey has transitioned into the role of College Director of High School Programs. Her favorite part of her job is providing students with experiences that they have never had the opportunity to have opening excitement for new learning opportunities and success.
