AVIATION FLIGHT TECHNOLOGY

Take your career to the skies by joining the OTC Aviation Program. The program’s mission is to provide accessible, high-quality and affordable learning opportunities that prepare students for careers in aviation. Students will master the skills required to pursue a commercial pilot certificate (aka pilot’s license) while gaining industry knowledge and networking. Ground school courses are taught by OTC instructors at the Springfield Campus. Program courses include Airline Operations, Aviation Weather, Air Traffic Control System and more. One-on-one flight lessons are taught by our partner, Premier Flight Center LLC, at the Springfield-Branson National Airport. During flight labs, aviation students fly during daylight hours, two hours per day, and three days per week for 16 weeks. We offer a variety of degrees and certificates to meet the needs of both aspiring professionals and hobbyists.
