Helping students reach their academic goals is Dr. McGrady\u2019s highest priority. She believes that education is transformative and is committed to supporting high-quality instruction that leads to personal and professional growth for OTC\u2019s students. Dr. McGrady is dedicated to OTC\u2019s mission of providing accessible and affordable educational opportunities and believes in meeting students where they are to help them achieve their goals.<\/p>\n
Dr. McGrady holds a doctorate in Instructional Leadership \u2013 Higher Education Administration from Lindenwood University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Communication from Missouri State University.[\/vc_column_text]
