Dina Readinger is the developer of Diagnostic Thinking\u2122 (DT) which is a novel and vetted process designed to accelerate leadership capabilities and tackle business-critical and career challenges. Dina developed this professionally-facilitated method, specific to critical thinking, while earning her Executive MBA at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. As an OTC-CWD Industry Expert, she is available to assist companies with getting to the heart of leadership development and building strong, resilient teams.<\/span><\/p>\n

After 35 years in the healthcare industry, she retired to pursue leadership coaching and consulting full-time. Her career includes over 20 years experience with the multi-national pharmaceutical company GSK. While at GSK Dina won multiple awards and gained expertise in new product launches, team performance, and client relationship building. Her success helped drive increased revenue in specific product lines.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dina is currently coaching high-profile executives, rising stars, and entrepreneurs on their journeys to success. She has coached over sixty DT groups, guided billion-dollar acquisitions, and closed over 15M dollars in assets during her last VP role at\u00a0<\/span>Pure&Clean<\/span>\u00a0in 2020. She is a certified ICF Team Business coach working with mergers and\u00a0<\/span>acquisitions. Dina has experience working with<\/span>\u00a0women executives who want leadership development that is specific to critical thinking and career growth. Women who have experience as members of Dina\u2019s DT groups testify to the power of membership. They find it builds confidence and fearless leadership skills that are life and\u00a0<\/span>career-changing<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Her most recent Diagnostic Thinking\u2122 group is an HBA Women IQVIA DT group from Mumbai, India. The process releases cultural and gender biases and unlocks opportunities for women all over the world.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to her EMBA, Dina Readinger also holds a BS in Biological Sciences from Missouri State University, Springfield, MO.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
