Becky Noel
For more than 25 years, Becky Noel has served OTC students and the community as an accounting clerk. She was originally hired by Springfield Public Schools to serve as the secretary to the assistant director of Graff Vo-Tech, then a year later, went with the school to OTC. In 1997, she transferred to the dean of Technical Education. Currently, she works to manage budgets, federal and state grants and coordinate acquisitions for all 21 programs in the Technical Education division.
