Full Service: $40
Get the works to get your computer back up and running in no time. This $40 service fee ($60 for non OTC students and staff) includes all of the following:
- System Diagnosis & Optimization
- Virus removal
- Data Backup/Transfer
- Software configuration/installation
- Hardware install/remove (parts are extra)
Data Backup/Transfer only: $15
- You provide the media (Flash Drive, DVDs, External Hard Drive, or another PC)
Microsoft Office Installation: $15
- This does NOT include Microsoft Office software (sold separately)
Repair Diagnosis: $15
- We diagnose your problem (which may or may NOT be repaired)
Custom Built PC: Only $40, plus the price of your choice of components

If not OTC student or staff member, add $20 to your service fee.
