It\u00a0facilitates the students in becoming safe, conscientious healthcare professionals who are committed to excellence and responsibility. Based on biological, physical and behavioral principles, the practice of nursing involves the prevention of illness, restoration of health and the improvement of life and comfort. The OTC Practical Nursing program focuses on bedside care with substantial clinical rotations, a short program length and a fast-paced educational curriculum. According to the\u00a0<\/span>Bureau of Labor Statistics<\/span><\/a>, practical nursing will experience\u00a0a faster-than-average job outlook. - Incorporate nursing skills necessary to care for patients across the life span.<\/li>\n
- Understand pathophysiology, pharmacology and nutritional aspects of health alterations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
