He started his first entry level position while attending OTC full time to complete my Associates in Machine Tool Technology.<\/p>\n<p>In his first 2 years in industry, he worked his way from an entry level machinist with Diversified Plastics in Nixa, MO to a shift supervisor and CNC programming position. After that he spent 5+ years as a CNC programmer\/Operator at Detroit Tool &amp; Engineering in Lebanon, MO where he was exposed to a wide range of manufacturing scale and process\u2019.
