Sheila Hunter, CDA, RDH, BS

Sheila Hunter, CDA, RDH, BS graduated from OTC with an AAS in Dental Hygiene and received the Golden Scaler award for her class in 2004.  Sheila continued her education at UMKC and graduated in May, 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.  Sheila has worked in private practice since 1988 starting as the front desk receptionist.  She did on the job assistant training and studied on her own to take the Basic Skills Mastery exam in 1996 and the Dental Assistants National Boards to become a certified dental assistant in 2000.  Sheila has worked as a RDH for the past 8 years in private practice.  Sheila started as an adjunct faculty in 2010 and joined OTC Dental Programs full-time in 2012. She is a member of ADHA, MDHA, ADEA and MCCA.
