Elaine Kramer, CDA, RDH, MS

Elaine Kramer, CDA, RDH, EdSbegan her teaching career with Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) in 2012 as an instructor in the Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene programs.  Mrs. Kramer completed her EdS from the University of Central Missouri, December 2018.  She graduated from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 1992 and received a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from National University in LaJolla, California in 2010.  Mrs. Kramer is also a graduate of the OTC Leadership program.

In addition to teaching at OTC, Mrs. Kramer is a commissioned officer in the United States Army Reserves.  In the past 14 years, she has deployed three times to Kuwait (2007-2008), Afghanistan (2013) and most recently to Iraq (2016-2017).  She has served on numerous committees at OTC including as the President of the OTC Faculty Senate in 2016, and is an advocate for student and employee Veterans. She is devoted to her students and loves teaching.  In her free time, she enjoys doing anything outdoors and especially spending time with her husband, their seven children and three grandchildren.
