Stephanie has been in food service for approximately 15 years. She started out as a cashier and worked her way up to being a restaurant manager. She has experience in property management and catering as well. She is so pleased to be a part of the Early Childhood Education Center at OTC and to do what she knows best by managing the daily operations of the kitchen and working collaboratively with Early Childhood Education Center staff.
