Participating high schools are responsible for tuition and fees.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_tta_accordion active_section=&#8221;false&#8221; collapsible_all=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Scholarship to OTC After High School Graduation&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1588606480802-01bb5afd-4b37&#8243;][vc_column_text]<em><strong>After\u00a0High School Graduation\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ozarks Technical Community College is offering the High School Programs Transition Scholarship to <em>students who earned credit<\/em> in any of OTC\u2019s programs for high school students (<a href=\"https:\/\/academics.otc.edu\/highschool\/\">Middle College, Career Center, Dual Credit, Early Start or College Now<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>High School Programs Transition Scholarship:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>This scholarship pays for one college credit course (up to five credit hours) at the in-district Tier 1 tuition rate.<\/li>\n<li>The one-time award is good for the first semester they choose to enroll after high school graduation.<\/li>\n<li>If a student is eligible for the A+ scholarship and receiving A+ dollars, the A+ scholarship would pay first. In other words, this scholarship would not be needed.<\/li>\n<li>Students would only be responsible for the cost of course materials and any associated fees. If they are out-of-district and\/or take a Tier II course, students will have to pay the difference in tuition in addition to course materials and associated fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To receive the scholarship, students must:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li value=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/students.otc.edu\/admissions\/first-time-student-checklist\/\">Apply to OTC\u00a0<\/a>\u2013\u00a0If you participated in an OTC class within the last year, and you\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/services.otc.edu\/technology\/computer-login-help\/\">remember your OTC ID<\/a>, move on to the next step.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/students.otc.edu\/admissions\/first-time-student-checklist\/\">Complete the FAFSA<\/a>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>If enrolling for summer classes: Complete the FAFSA for the current academic year. For example, if attending in summer of 2020, apply for 2019-2020 FAFSA.<\/li>\n<li>If enrolling for fall classes: Complete the FAFSA for the upcoming school year.
