Lynn Royer is adjunct faculty of the Hearing Instrument Science program. Her teaching career began in 2008 as an Adjunct Business Courses Instructor for Mineral Area College. Lynn has a BS in Finance and a 15 year employment background in Banking and Finance. Through the experience she gained at Mineral Area College, she knew that she wanted to continue her education and work toward becoming a full time educator.
Business is her background; however, she always had a passion for helping people in a clinical setting, as well as, a special interest in Hearing Science. In 2009 Lynn became a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of Missouri, and became a National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2012. In 2014 she graduated with her Master’s degree in Educational Technology and Distance Education. Lynn’s long term goal includes achieving her Doctorate in Education.
