Dr. Crocker graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. in 1971. In 2002, she received the Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (Summa Cum Laude) from Creighton University, Omaha, NE. Dr. Crocker has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 1971 in a variety of settings spanning the scope of the physical therapy profession as well as spanning the generations from pediatrics to geriatrics. She was a member of the OTC, PTA Advisory Committee from 1995 until joining the faculty in 2003.
Dr. Crocker served as adjunct faculty in 2002 and accepted a full-time position within the program as ACCE/instructor in 2003. Dr. Crocker served as ACCE from 2003 until 2010 when she moved into the position as Program Director. Dr. Crocker is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is currently serving as a delegate for the state of Missouri to the House of Delegates of the APTA. Dr. Crocker is a member of the Education, Geriatric, and Health Policy & Administration Sections of the APTA. On a personal note, Dr. Crocker is married and has one son, two step sons, and two granddaughters. She enjoys YOGA, fabricating stained glass projects, snow skiing, and spending time on the Finley river.
