Allied Health Program Informational Sessions

Attend Allied Health Informational sessions to obtain information on educational opportunities available in allied health here at Ozarks Technical Community College. Visit with allied health representatives and get an opportunity to ask specific questions on program requirements, admission, acceptance, etc.

No appointments are necessary, except for Health Information Technology Informational sessions.

New Programs

  • Behavioral Health Support
    The program requires applicants to attend one group advising session before the application deadline.

  • Dental Programs
    The program requires applicants to attend one group advising session before the application deadline.
  • Emergency Medical Technician & Paramedic
    The program encourages students to attend an informational session to receive guidance with their educational goals.
  • Health Information Technology 
    The program encourages student to RSVP to Denise Baer at baerd@otc.edu  as the classroom has limited seating.  Distance students may contact Denise Baer at baerd@otc.edu. The sessions will not provide childcare.
  • Hearing Instrument Science
    The program encourages students to attend one group informational session before applying to the program.
  • Medical Laboratory Technician Program
    All sessions take place at the Richwood Valley Campus, Room 123, unless otherwise noted. Students need not RSVP. The program encourages all students planning on applying for the MLT program to attend. Please bring a copy of your degree audit.
  • Nursing – Springfield

  • Occupational Therapy Assistant
    The OTA program holds advising sessions on the Springfield campus, Lincoln Hall 203, unless otherwise noted. Students are asked to RSVP. Students earn additional application points by attending one group advising session per application year.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant
    All sessions take place at the Richwood Valley campus, Room 104, unless otherwise noted.
  • Respiratory Therapy Program
    The program encourages students to attend one group advising session before applying to the program.
  • Surgical Technology
    The program encourages students to attend one group advising session before applying to the program.
