Allied Health Programs Application
An application fee is required at the time the student applies. Email the paid receipt to email@example.com or drop it off at the Allied Health Office, Lincoln Hall 210
- Pay online with debit or credit card by using the link on the Allied Health webpage – Online Payment Option
- Pay with cash at the OTC cashier window (Springfield campus)
- OTC does not accept checks of any kind or money orders.
OTC will not process applications without an application fee receipt.
OTC cannot guarantee that students classified under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will receive approval to take the licensure exam after program completion. Please contact the state or national agency that administers the professional licensure exam to inquire about licensure exam requirements.
