Perkins Grant Funds

Expenditures on food must be reasonable in cost, necessary to accomplish program objectives, and an integral part of the instructional program.  Specifically, the use of Perkins grant funds expended on meals is specifically limited to meals which are noted on an agenda, clearly described, and mandatory.


Attendance (members both present and absent) and minutes are required at each advisory committee meeting.  Please maintain a list of attendees or have all participants signature on a sign-in sheet.


You must maintain an agenda that clearly identifies the topics discussed during the meeting and the time allocated to each topic including the meal period.


Minutes must be electronically submitted to Joanna Kramer and will be kept on file in the Academic Affairs office. You are encouraged to submit them as soon after the meeting as possible.
