Research Interests:

I have a strong interest in the airline industry, and that influenced my decision to write strategic management case studies in that field.  In 2002, a strategic management case study of United Airlines was published in the North American Case Research Association Journal (NACRA).  I also find great interest in the field of adaptive learning technology and algorithm-based learning programs designed to predict what students know.
